Antiochia towels also known as peshtemal are in fact a part of a long cultural tradition.
We took the towel used in the traditional Turkish Bath and made it an essential
piece of our product line.
What is Traditional Turkish Bath Towel?
Also known as peshtemal, traditional Turkish bath towel is the lightweight cotton
wrap used in Turkish baths, hamams, for centuries.
Typically, one would use peshtemal to cover up waist down during the bath and then
to dry off at the end of the bath.

Each piece is handwoven in traditional looms with 100% cotton in the well-known
textile town, Denizli in Turkey.
Antiochia Soap is 100% pure natural; made exclusively from olive oil and laurel
oil from untreated trees. Only olive oil from the first pressing is used, meaning
virgin olive oil. Virgin olive oil makes Antiochia soap a highlight amongst soaps
made in Mesopotamia and gives it its characteristic fresh and delicate scent. The
sizeable laurel oil content gives it strong moisturizing properties.
Antiochia products are biodegradable, authentic and environment friendly.
